Hi! I’m Michele.

I took my first Pilates class in 2006 with one simple goal: to be pain free. Pilates helped me heal from years of back pain, gave me strength I didn’t know I had, and taught me how to move with freedom and confidence.

Since then, it’s become the foundation for everything I do, from training for triathlons to caring for my daughter. Pilates has given me a deep understanding of how the body works, how it heals, and how to make it stronger. That knowledge shapes every session I teach.

Over the years, I’ve built a wellness practice rooted in classical Pilates, strength training, heat and cold therapy, and strategic nutrition. I bring my treasure trove of experience to every client session, blending movement, mindset, and recovery in a way that supports real life.

I care just as much about brain health and longevity as I do about physical strength. And as a single mom running a business, raising a daughter, and training for big goals, I know how vital it is to stay steady, grounded, and strong.

I completed my comprehensive Pilates training at Core Pilates NYC in 2016. I’m also a NASM-certified personal trainer, with additional certifications in yoga, TRX, pre/postnatal training, running, group fitness, and nutrition.

I love helping clients tap into that same strength within themselves. My goal is always to meet you where you are and help you move better, feel better, and discover what’s possible for your body.
